Easter season is a time to mark the greatest events that ever happened in history: the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ! Whether you are a committed follower of Jesus or just starting to discover who He is, this is a meaningful time for us all.

Here are a few words that describe how you can respond during Easter:

EXPLORE – Read the Biblical account in the Gospel of John, chapters 18-21. Also, we invite you to attend our Easter season services to hear the story explained and applied in a relevant way.

CELEBRATE – The death and resurrection and the most amazing supernatural events in history. We celebrate that our own spiritual renewal and eternal life are made possible through Jesus’ miraculous journey to the cross and out of the grave!

REFLECT – As we ponder how these events impact our lives, it will change what is most important to us. God desires to build up our faith and give us hope for the future!

So, we invite you to join us in this season at Immanuel Church. May God meet you in a personal and life-changing way!

Sunday, March 29 | 10:30Am

This day marks the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem for His final week as He faces the cross (Luke 19:28-44). Like the crowds praised Him as King so many years ago, we will join in that same song of praise! During our worship service, there will be nursery and classes for kids up through 5th grade.

Friday, April 3 | 6:30PM

Our service will have a reflective tone to it as we remember the events of Jesus’ death on the cross. We will worship Jesus as our Messiah who came as the Suffering Servant (Isaiah 53) and bought for us such a great salvation. A key aspect of the evening will be the taking of communion together to celebrate the life we have through His death. All ages are welcome to attend together.

Sunday, April 5 | 10:30AM

Come at 10am to enjoy a pre-service time of donuts and coffee! Kids will also have some activities during this time. Then, our worship service will begin at 10:30am as we celebrate Resurrection Sunday. The theme, based on 1 Corinthians 15, will be how Jesus’ resurrection was the “First Fruits” of ours to come. Since Jesus has been resurrected, we can look forward to that new life as well as we trust in Him! Nursery and classes will be available for kids up through 5th grade.
